🕺 What to Wear (MID Irish Dance Essentials)

✅ Approved Attire (per MID guidelines):

  • Bottoms: form‑fitting leggings, tights, or shorts in black, gray, white or pink (no cheek‑baring short‑shorts).

  • Tops: shirts or MID-logo tees in studio-approved colors—graphics ok if they match our palette.

  • Socks/Tights: white poodle or ankle socks, or standard dance tights.

  • Sports Bra: required for dancers 10+ or upon request.

  • Hair: pulled up off the face and neck—no excuses!

  • Shoes: Ghillies, hard shoes, black ballet shoes, or clean indoor sneakers.

  • Extras to Bring: soft & hard shoes, extra hair ties, band‑aids, notebook & pen, and water bottle!

❌ Not allowed:

  • Skirts, dresses, midriff tops, denim, oversized or dragging pants, pajama bottoms, or dancing without socks

  • No flavored/carbonated drinks—water only!
